We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders. Ground and Express orders are delivered in 1-5 business days, delivery service is offered Monday-Friday. For express service, please see our rates below.
Please note: All online orders placed before 1 pm EST are eligible for same-day shipment. Processing times may vary during sale periods. Orders placed on Friday before 1 pm will arrive the following week, orders placed after 1 pm will ship out on Monday.
The Moon LineUP requires adult signature with delivery for orders over $1,000.
If your order total is below $1,000 and you would like your package to require a signature please email us promptly, just after ordering at team@moonlineup.com
Clients are also welcome to request a waiver of this requirement after ordering, however, this will waive The Moon LineUp's responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California, Florida, New York, Texas, Georgia, and Illinois.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY
Shipping
DHL is our primary shipping carrier supported by Global-e. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when DHL collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number.

Taxes & Duties
Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your payment method in full.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on all qualified items. Within 28 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags/boxes. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. Returns on swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed, or if the items show signs of wear. Due to the potential contamination risks during the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the continued safety of our customers and colleagues, all beauty product that have been opened are final sale. While we hope that you are 100% satisfied with our product selection we regrettably cannot guarantee the satisfaction, appropriateness, or utility of each product for each person. Everyone's skin type, skin sensitivity, and health concerns are different, and we advise discussing your skin care choices with your medical doctor in advance of undertaking any new skin care routine. All items purchased at more than 50% off will be considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Items exceeding 50% due to applied promo codes are also considered final sale. Please note that home products and fine jewelry and watches are also considered final sale.
Returns shipped outside our return window, received with visible signs of wear, containing missing tags, or on final sale will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Once your return has been received, we will refund you via your original payment method, which can take up to 5 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
